We offer a range of funding options to help you access exercise physiology services.

Who is eligible?
Patients with a chronic medical condition who have been referred by their GP under a Chronic Condition Management (CCM) Plan.
Referral
A valid GP referral is required prior to your first appointment.
Fees
Eligible Medicare appointments are bulk billed, meaning there is no out-of-pocket cost for approved services.
Good to know
Medicare currently provides rebates for up to five allied health services per calendar year, shared across eligible allied health providers. Your GP can advise whether you are eligible.

Who is eligible?
Eligible National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) participants with funding for exercise physiology or therapeutic supports.
Referral
A referral is not required. We accept participants who are self-managed, plan-managed and NDIA-managed.
Fees
Services are billed in accordance with the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements.
Good to know
We work closely with participants, families, support coordinators and plan managers to deliver individualised exercise programs that support each participant's goals.

Who is eligible?
Anyone can access our exercise physiology services.
Referral
No referral is required, although your GP or healthcare professional may recommend exercise physiology as part of your care.
Fees
Private consultation fees apply, please contact us for our private fee schedule. If you have extras cover, you may be eligible for a rebate through your private health insurer. We recommend checking your level of cover directly with your health fund.
Good to know
Exercise physiology can assist with injury rehabilitation, chronic disease management, pain management, improving fitness, and supporting long-term health and wellbeing.

Who is eligible?
People with an approved ReturnToWorkSA claim following a workplace injury.
Referral
Referrals are typically provided by your treating doctor, rehabilitation provider or case manager.
Fees
Approved treatment costs are generally covered through your ReturnToWorkSA claim.
Good to know
We work collaboratively with your treating team to support your recovery, improve function and assist with a safe and sustainable return to work.

Who is eligible?
Eligible Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA) Gold and White Card holders.
Referral
A valid GP referral is required.
Fees
Approved exercise physiology services are billed directly to DVA for eligible clients.
Good to know
Exercise physiology can help improve strength, mobility, balance, pain management and physical function to support long-term health and independence.
