Exercise Physiology can be accessed through a range of funding options, depending on your circumstances.

NDIS
We are a registered NDIS provider and accept self-managed, plan-managed and NDIA-managed participants.
Exercise Physiology may be funded through Improved Daily Living or Improved Health and Wellbeing, depending on your plan and goals. No formal referral is required - participants can contact us directly, or referrals can be made by support coordinators, plan managers, family members or other health professionals.
Services are billed in accordance with the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements.
Medicare
We bulk bill eligible Medicare appointments, with no out-of-pocket cost for approved services.
Exercise Physiology may be accessed under a Chronic Condition Management Plan. Medicare provides rebates for up to five eligible allied health services per calendar year, shared across allied health providers.
A valid GP referral is required before your first appointment.
Workplace / MVA
Exercise Physiology may be funded following a workplace injury or motor vehicle accident, including through ReturnToWorkSA, self-insured employers and CTP claims.
Funding and approval requirements vary depending on your claim. Please contact us before booking so we can confirm your referral, approval and funding arrangements.
Approved services are billed directly to the relevant insurer or funding body.
Private
No referral is required to access Exercise Physiology privately.
Initial appointments are 60 minutes ($150) to discuss your health and goals, complete an assessment and develop an exercise plan.
We’ll then tailor appointment length and frequency to your needs, time and budget. Choose from 60 minutes ($150), 45 minutes ($120) or 30 minutes ($90).
Private health rebates may be available with extras cover. Check with your health fund for your level of cover.
DVA
DVA Gold and White Card holders may be eligible for Exercise Physiology services. Gold Card holders can access clinically necessary treatment, while White Card holders can access treatment for accepted conditions.
A valid referral is required before your first appointment. DVA Health Cards are accepted as payment for eligible Exercise Physiology services.
